I can not say enough good things about Cambridge Audiology. The location is convenient and the parking is right out front and free. The front receptionists were warm and friendly. I went to see Miss Brittany Schuett the audiologist for what I thought was the beginning of hearing loss. She certainly knows what she is doing. She informed me exactly what she would be doing and why. She answered all my questions and more. They have state of the art equipment. She made me feel very comfortable. She looked into my ear with an otoscope and completed a variety of tests. I was very happy to hear, that I only had wax blocking my ear canal. She proceeded to remove it and my hearing was restored. It was painless. She was very professional and efficient in her job. I would highly recommend her the customer service I received was fantastic. Sincerly, Penny Patterson

We brought our 11 year old son for an auditory processing assessment at Cambridge Audiology. He saw Dr. Jen and loved the experience because she really took her time to get to know him. She asked relevant questions, involved him in the process, and did a great job relating to him. I so appreciated that she was caring and encouraging. She even allowed my other children to come in and take a look at her office and neat tools. From my five year old daughter to my seven, nine and eleven year old son, She made the experience so educational. As a homeschool mom I was so impressed that it wasn't just an assessment, it was a field trip. If only I could give ten stars as a rating! Hands down, the best Dr. Of audiology I have worked with. Thanks Dr. Jen!
