This experience was excellent from the first phone call to the last window being cleaned! Thank you Peter & Matt. So friendly and professional. The windows look great! Matt even made a special trip back to the warehouse to get more mesh to fix one of my broken screens, and popped by my house at the end of the day after doing another job! Very happy and impressed with this Company. Will be using again and telling friends and family.

Deficient Christmas lights on my Pine tree. In 2019 Wipe-clean installed the Christmas lights on my tree, this was a good job. In November 2020 when I turn the lights on I realized that several sections on the tree are dark and in the last two weeks even more sections are totally off. I first informed Peter and Nick of the situation in the first week of November by Phone and then I have sent pictures of the issue on November 11. After four weeks Peter was at my property to make an assessment and another individual has called me just to tell me that they still do not receive the warranty replacement. Christmas is only two weeks away and I already lost six weeks of the season waiting for a solution to this issue. I have been using this company for several years now and so far I have been very satisfied and happy with the quality of their service and with the customer service for gutter cleaning on my properties, but for Christmas lights matter the service and response has been very poor. Christmas lights are used only two months a year and I have lost already six weeks while waiting for a final solution. I am not interested anymore in getting the lights replaced but rather to get a reimbursement of my investment. The point to get your lights installed is that you can take responsibility in full of the installation. Respectfully.
