This place does not want to make the shopping experience pleasant. I had to call any time I wanted an update on the item I had ordered and paid for. It didn't arrive when they said it would and then when it finally arrived it was damaged and the lady who was attending to me was rude and refused to order me another one, stating that it was her coworkers job to do it and he was on holidays. So needless to say I got a refund and drove across the street to CO-OP where they were more than happy to help me out. I will never shop here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

STOP BEING CHEAP. owned by Loblaws. this store is the size of a convenience store. real poor selection in walkers and equipment. Prices are steep and choices are very limited. they could take more space in this mall as it has many open bays. because service and selection were so poor, we went across road to COOP. that was worth the hassle of traffic issues. bought a better walker and had full assembly with a stepper. we were using a crd card, Wellwise gave the sale up to a competitor. this is a poor vendor for health care goods.
Great selection, senior discounts on Thursday and sales. Helpful staff and ability to order items not in stock.
