I can say with confidence this is one of the nicest Bottle Depots in the SE of the city. Clean, well organized, fast, efficient. Staff are pleasant and thorough. I hesitated to put a glowing review up because one of the benefits--the reason why I drive the extra kilometers to use Walden--is it feels relatively unknown. I've never waited in line; I've always just walked right in, and been invited up to an open counter. Cash out procedure is via an automated teller, which I like (it has an option to tip your odd change, which I always use). It's tucked in behind the building running along the street, but once you find it you'll be so glad that you did. I hate going to the depot, but Walden takes a lot of the misery out of the experience for me.

The facility is very clean & smelled really fresh. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The best bottle depot ever!
Staff is good but the machine they put in to claim your money with your receipt is a scam. The touch screen would freeze and not responded, so I was just tapping the screen and next thing you know only half of my money was dispensed from the machine.
As most people say, friendly staff, courteous and a clean place. Well run establishment. My go to bottle depot. Only one I will go to. Congrats
Friendly and efficient staff. The premises is organized and tidy and extremely functional. Highly recommend this location as they routinely sort my 20 bags quickly and accurately, when I visit twice a year. New QuickDrop option seems like a time-saver for those in a rush.
