Great customer service right from walk in. The miss at the front end was able to help me right away with trying to trouble shoot my vacuum power head. The technician and Omar were able to diagnose and explain to me the issue regarding the seized up agitator roller and broken base (melted off). Omar provided me options around some basic questions about my house hold. Happy with the service, attentiveness and knowledge. Didn’t know there was a whole new world into central vacuums!

Our 10yr old central vac was having issues. I called Vacuum Specialists NW and they advised I could bring the unit in for a free of charge inspection. Upon arriving, the service was brilliant; the unit was diagnosed and tested quickly while I waited. The team explained the issues and outlined several options. In the end we decided to go with a new model of the same make. Customer service was simply excellent, very knowledgeable staff; thanks for a great experience!

These guys are amazing! I called to inquire about a central vac special they had online and the guy I spoke to offered me a better unit for a little less money They scheduled the install with me the very next day. Hosine showed up to do the install and he was amazing!! He caught some issues from a previous install and fixed them without question he also tucked all of the piping in my floor joists in my underdeveloped side of the basement for just a little extra money. The unit they sold me is absolutely awesome I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the quality of the unit I highly recommend recommend vacuum specialists for all of your vacuum needs/repairs Thank you so much Vaccum Specialists!
I recently had my vacuum power head serviced at this location; the service was professional and in a timely manner. Luisa at the front-desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable; she answered all of my questions, and followed up with me when the power head was ready for pickup.
