The couple who own and run this store is so lovely and professional! I went in to get my platinum wedding ring resized and overall it was a lovely experience! Not only was the service very fast (same day) the workmanship is absolutely impeccable, plus absolutely outstanding customer service! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and anyone else who needs fine jewelry work or is looking for new pieces!

I went in to have a vintage ring sized. The staff were friendly and cheerful. The sizing took an hour and cost less than had been priced out at other stores. It had to go up quite a few sizes but the band is even throughout (they didnt skimp on the gold) and looks very well done.

Priced out many places for a complete custom family ring for my wife to celebrate our 10th and after many design concepts, 6 months of hunting, these people really really know what they are doing. Not only did they have a really competitive price they were able to hunt down as many matching stones in size to show us which ones would match our taste for authentic gem and proper color. She had very good taste in arrangement and good recommendations for appropriate size for matching the family ring to the wife's wedding and engagement ring as a stacked set. They also got all the stones to show us our preferred arrangement of colors which really helped cause my wife is a very visual person and needs to see things. They completely matched her preference for a channel setting and could not have had a better peice made and tested authenticity of diamonds right in front of us at pickup. Will always go here as you can tell they do everything themselves which erases the middle man and keeps the price landed for amazing authentic genuine value. Can't say enough of how good of an experience this was despite all the disappointment with everyone in chinook mall and various other places, will definitely go here first every time.
