We purchased our first hot tub several months ago, from Trevi. The set up crew was careful and conscientious. We have called a number of times with questions regarding the chemicals to use, and our questions were always answered quickly and courteously. When we had a problem with our heater and pumps this week, Jesse came out the very next day and fixed the issue promptly. We can take our spa water into their store for analysis whenever we like, and they always provide guidance on which chemicals to use and how much, in order to get the perfect balance. Love our hot tub, and love Trevi!!

Trevi has everything you need for your pool and spa. I love the show room, it's clean well stocked and bright, I've visited other pool companies in Calgary but most of them seem dark and not customer friendly. I would recommend Trevi they are a good bunch of friendly people.
They are hands down the best pool company around. They made sure it fit our needs, were open on design, we very responsive and went the extra mile. I always judge a company by how they operate after payment, Jesse and his team still operate to this day like they just broke ground at our house. Amazing team and company! Purchased a 20 ft swim spa this year. Jesse was great to deal with and gave us a great price on the swim spa. Would recommend Trevi for all your pool and hot tub requirements.
