Needed to replace the printed board on our treadmill, person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Seemed like they just wanted to sell a new treadmill, when nothing else is wrong with it. Very wasteful imo. I do not recommend this business!!! BTW if TD happens to read this we found a place that will ship one for 140 no thanks to you
