Dorina was very welcoming, unusually knowledgeable, and took a special interest in the provenance of my garment. She was attentive, created a very positive and pleasant atmosphere. It is obvious that she enjoys her job and likes meeting new people. She gave me the confidence to keep coming back. I come from overseas and had been hesitant to use an unknown dry cleaner, as my my clothes have been in storage and are top of the line. I was thrilled to find Dorina and Tower Cleaners.

Suit was cleaned like a dry cleaner would clean it, but the staff were the nicest I’ve ever encountered at any business.
Amazing experience here! Very happy with the service as well. Sent many things to get dry cleaned including specialty items and they were back within a couple of days!
Always outstanding service from the staff especially Dorina who is a real gem and she is the reason I changed dry cleaners after 25 years.
Dry cleaning seems ok, however promotions offered are misleading. Was told I would receive a voucher for 25% off and when I went to pick up the dry cleaning the woman said it could not be used till the next visit... They need to be clear about their policies
