I took in a 300 Columbia jacket to get cleaned about a month ago at this point. Not only did someone physically have to search for my jacket because the employee put in an incorrect name & phone number, but the toggles that close the hood portion up were missing. I phoned them to let them know and everyone I spoke to was absolutely useless. I posted about my experience here. The following day (Monday) I received a call from Tom (I’m guessing a manager) who left a voicemail apologizing and saying he’d replace the missing pieces for me from Columbia directly but he needed me to bring the jacket in so he could figure out what needed to be ordered I’m presuming. In good faith, I took the bad review down. After that point, they stopped caring & ignored me again. I phone him back a week later and here I sit, nobody calling me back. My husband called the location and was given another number to call. The guy there said they had replacements but they weren’t Columbia brand so not at all what I was told would happen by Tom. I don’t want a generic replacement part, I’m asking for my replacement from the company, I think it’s a fair request considering it was them that lost it. This guy had no idea what to do so he said he’d have Tom or Dan phone us. That was this past week and here we still are, over a month later, with no communication and no replacement toggles for my jacket. At this point, I give up. I’m going to have to go through all the trouble of contacting Columbia myself and paying out of pocket for the replacement pieces. I regret taking my jacket here and don’t recommend anyone do either. Horrible customer service and no follow through. Very unprofessional & difficult people to deal with.

I took in two jackets, both I was hoping could have a part of a seam re-stitched, and have the one jacket cleaned. As the other was not a dry clean jacket. They cleaned both jackets and also fixed a seam I did not notice in one of the jackets. I received a note to say that the jackets were ready for pick up after only a few days. Very fast service, I appreciated them cleaning both and fixing both and the cost was reasonable.
