I was desperately looking for home appliance repair the other week when I noticed my oven was malfunctioning. It would not heat up and it turned off randomly, I couldn’t figure out why. My friend recommended this company to me for their reliability so I gave them a call. Their technician was on time and efficient. He worked diligently but also made polite company.

Outstanding customer service! I hired Thorncliffe Appliance Repair when my fridge wasn’t cooling because I heard they were the best at repairing appliances. I wasn’t disappointed because they quickly came to deal with my problem. I promptly got the help I needed, and they made my fridge work efficiently again.

We chose to call this company to work on our refrigerator. We were bothered when we saw that its outer was sweating, so we immediately asked for their help. They responded fast to our call, and their courteous repairman promptly came to sort out the problem. He instantly worked on it, and it didn’t take him long to get the issue fixed. We thank them for their efficient and excellent service. We were also grateful because they didn’t charge us a lot. We will be calling them again if ever we have another broken appliance.
Great service! Eugene came, showed us what the issue was with our washing machine and quoted us a fair price. Once we agreed, he quickly repaired. The other week, I tried using my garbage disposer. It wouldn’t grind, and however, and was making a lot of loud noises. I asked my friend if he could suggest an appliance repairs company to help me out, and he told me that Thorncliffe Appliance Repair would be a good choice. I called them up, and they were happy to send one of their repairmen to check out my disposer. He arrived on the dot and worked on my unit without any issues. All in all, I think they’re a great company when it comes to home appliance services!
