Also, their very exceptional understanding and patience with doing refunds for example during a time where we booked a flight and then were not able to travel for family reasons and they were polite, courteous and executed in canceling our flight and ensuring we got full refund with the total cost and amount we payed in a timely and efficient manner. We were very impressed as they focus more on quality service and giving a unique experience to everyone and not only us.
