The staff are friendly and sensitive to the browsing customer. I wouldn't have bought anything but due to the vast knowledge the salesperson had regarding the best choice for my needs. Sure it is expensive but what is a fabulous night of rest worth to you?

Purchasing a new mattress is not that easy and with a substantial investment it's comforting to know you are in good hands with this company. It is so nice to shop at a store that has dedicated and knowledgeable staff. And the quality of merchandise available at TMASC is amazing! I have purchased several Brun de vian tiran items; the most beautiful cashmere and merino wool blanket I have ever seen, and fabulous wool tote bag. I recently purchased a pair of St. Geneve Serenity Silk hair protector pillow cases, and now I am going to purchase a Berkeley Ergonomics Organic Cotton mattress protector. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking premium products provided to you by great staff. Well done!

It was time to find a new bed much like a crab needs to find a new shell. We had seen the Vispring ad on a bill board in Edmonton and decided to contact The Mattress and Sleep Company. From the first phone call to the arrival of our beautiful new bed, the service far exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled with such class and care, we were very impressed. We were worried about the price in buying a Vispring and wanted to talk to another mattress store for more input. Christine was so friendly and helpful and allayed our fears about buying a Vispring.
