The house was built in 2001 and we purchased in 2009, it had a tub but the jets never worked. I tried making contact to get it repaired but was told to call a electrician. Electrician found no issues, so we had some people remove and replaced with something else.

We have purchased bathroom vanities and shower panels previously from The Marble Factory and decided we needed to replace another vanity. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful and their order form was simple and easy to use. Our new vanity arrived in a reasonable time frame, was done exactly to our specs and was top quality as usual. I highly recommend The Marble Factory!

We ordered a vanity top. The color was wrong. It looked splotched not streaked with grey. Our contact disappeared on vacation without leaving an alternate. And the vanity top was 4 weeks not 2 weeks as promised. We had to re-schedule contractors. Go elsewhere

The Marble Factory installed our tub only 6 years ago and the marble cracked and is leaking. I contacted them and they told me they were not willing to do anything about it. I believe a tub should last longer than 6 years.
