It’s ok but I wish the menu had if the sandwiches were hot or cold. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and it was cold but I thought it was gonna be warm.

Enjoyed my time there. Food was simple and good. Table service was in effect at the time and was good for some people watching and light meal.
Food was amazing service was exemplary
A few years ago this was our favorite place for quick healthy take out options and weekend brunch. Unfortunately since the new owners have taken owner the quality has continued to decline and the prices have continued to go up. The Deli Cases that stretch all the way around are barren, you will only find two cases with take out meals. One for protein and one for sides. Every time I have been in there and taken an order to go the proteins in the case itself are not covered by any plastic wrap and I have eaten dry and rubbery chicken, sesame chicken patties, lasagna you name it. I keep wanting this place to be good because it's so close to my home. Eat-in isn't any better. Expect to wait 30 minutes even when you're the only one there. You can't even get a sandwich for less than 18.00, and last time I ordered I got two carrot sticks and two celery sticks as my fresh vegetable side. Unfortunately I'm giving up on this place, which makes me so sad. I will say I expressed my concerns by emailing the marketing director and did receive a prompt and very professional response. The manager was lovely and you can tell he wants to fix whats broken. Unfortunately nothing ever changed re: quality and service so I think it's time to give up.
I would not recommend eating here. The “chefs” cook with high stress and it shows with the food quality. Too much oils and inconsistency. A lot of people complain about it more then say positive things. I have heard from people they feel the negative vibes since the new owners and well I would say this is absolutely true. It represents its self as a healthy place but is far from that in many ways. There a far greater places to eat and that is likely why service is slow a lot of the times. They don’t care about there employees so why would anyone want to support this establishment! Over priced for what they offer and the menu lies about there sources of where food comes from.
I've been to main dish for breakfast a couple of times and my family and I really enjoyed it. My son especially enjoyed the fitcakes, and I love their chicken sausages. On the other hand, my dinner experiences have been horrendous. A couple of months ago, I was sick and wanted some soup, so my husband bought me some (expensive) turkey vegetable soup from main dish. It looked like sludge. The turkey was completely dried out. We couldn't eat any of it. Yesterday we needed a quick healthy meal and ordered some butter chicken, which was also really expensive. The portion was pathetic, and the sauce incredibly bland.
Great place to have lunch and dinner though it closes early on Sundays, instead of the stated time 8 pm, it closes at 6pm. Food was good, service was great. Bread with sandwich is a little dry and very hard. I had lamb for dinner one time and it was REALLY GOOD! Friends had the fish and say was great also. I like to go there in the afternoon, have a Rosso coffee and linger with friends. Saw a lot of people went in to get their dinner to go, might try it next time. Edit: No we did not ask the server when both my friends say the bread was dry, didn't think of it at the time, definitely something we will mention to the server if my friends decide to go back.
Had a work lunch here and it was ok. A wide spread of options for take out, though eat in was a bit over priced for the location and took a bit longer than we would have imagined. Otherwise a decent location to give it a try.
