The first thing I'd point out is that the proprietors of this business are entirely friendly and professional. It was a pleasure just stepping in to Afghan Street Food. More importantly, the food here is Amazing (yes, with a capital 'A'). The meats are spiced and cooked perfectly. Their fries are fantastic. Even the salad with their house-made dressing is refreshing and delicious. They even offer a Beyond Meat wrap and platter. So far, I've tried their lamb and Tandoori kabobs and I would highly recommend either. The restaurant itself is bright and airy, and generally a great place to dine.
Ordered on door dash last night, the food came fast , hot ,so fresh and delicious. Although, kabobs are yummy, but my favorite is Mantu. Their cooking style is unique and ORIGINAL ! Can't wait to try this weekend again.
Absolutely loved this place! The gentleman at the counter was so accommodating and knowledgeable about allergies. He even whipped me up a gluten free salad dressing for my salad. The kabobs were amazing and the chutney was spicy and flavorful. Will definitely be returning!
I don't even know how to start this other then omg yum! Every bite was as good as the last and leaves you wishing you had a super power to never get full so you could just keep eating more! Everything is homemade and you can tell the difference from if it was pre packaged or out of a container. The owners and staff are beyond friendly and you can feel the love for their business & customers in every bite. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Your taste buds deserve to enjoy a nice meal from Taj Kabob. Now to move on from the food since the decor is again is bang on. It's stunning inside and that again shows their attention to detail and the passion they have for this business. You can sit and enjoy an amazing meal and have all your senses enjoying the experience.
I came with my family to Taj Kabob, I was very impressed how clean the restaurant is. It is a Afghan street food with a touch of modern. Food is absolutely delicious and cooking fresh in a open kitchen just how the foods were cooking when I visited Afghanistan a few years ago. The food is really well balanced with rice, kabob and house salad. the portion is big so I had to ask for take away box. Friendly service, delicious food was worth my 30 min drive from southeast.
Drove nearly 30 minutes to try this place as part of my family’s quest to try foods from around the globe and it was well worth the journey. My 8 year old had the chicken kabob wrap (delicious, the naan was great)) and I had the tandoori chicken plate which was excellent - spicy and tender chicken with a nice fresh salad. My daughter’s favourite was the mango smoothie. I will be back.
Really liked the presentation of the food , and the food itself was soo good. Fries Inside the wrap is the best idea Highly recommended
