Amazing customer service! My package was lost with Canada post and when I contacted superior vacuums they responded within the hour! They worked hard to keep me updated and sent me a new package with my items! I've never experienced such amazing customer service! They really do pride in customer service and making the customer happy. I am pleasantly pleased and surprised with them and will be ordering my vacuum needs from them here on out! Can't go wrong with superior vacuums!

My experience was excellent. I dealt with Greg who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Not only did I get a great vacuum at a great price but Greg made certain I had everything I needed to install it in my home. Highly recommend the this business and the Kensington location.
I needed a filter for my humidifier and they got it for me quickly. Also they always give me great advice on how to maintain my vacuum cleaners. I go there for bags and filters. They also have cleaning products that are environmentally friendly. Always friendly and helpful.
The service was acceptable! I ordered a part online, and accidentally grabbed the wrong thing, but I decided to go to the store in person and WOW! Such huge store, with many products, and amazing service. When I walked in I explained my situation, and they exchanged my cord for the proper one no questions asked!! Would highly recommend for ANY vacuum needs, or floor cleaning supplies! 5 stars!
We purchased a new central vac system from Superior vacuums after researching and shopping at other vacuum stores. We found Greg to be very knowledgeable, honest and gave us the best price. Our central vacuum is installed now and we are extremely happy with our purchase!
