I have been here on numerous occasions and have always been treated with respect. The advocates are helpful and explain options to help solve problems an individual is experiencing in detail and outline the steps needed to achieve a positive outcome. I have utilized the referral service for the food bank and various other resources and was never looked down upon or questioned about authenticity of my situation and the staff does not press too much which really helps the clientele keep some dignity when having to access these types of resources. Most have smiles on their faces when greeting you and appear genuine. I felt comfortable when visiting this office and recommend the services to anyone needing an advocate or the various services they offer. Thank you.
