Couldn't be happier with the quality and service! I ordered a suit from here and the process has been nothing but smooth. I was extremely happy with the way it look and fit my body. I've been to both stores and the guys who work there are great. Plus, if you want an awesome atmosphere to get your suit, the Calgary shop is quite the site. Pour yourself some scotch, play some pool, banter with Dustin and look out over downtown Calgary. It's quite the place. 10/10 Get your Suit from Curtis Eliot. You will not be dissapointed.

Dustin has been nothing but friendly and accommodating - great guy to have look after you ... But unfortunately that only goes so far.. I've been here multiple times to try to get a suit that fits...with about only a 50% success rate... Great business model, very poor execution. If only they could figure it out.

Ordered multiple garments, all of them fit poorly and took close to two months to arrive. The gentleman taking measurements must have had absolutely no idea what he was doing as literally everything fit incorrectly or were completely different than what was ordered. Missed several special requests such as monogramming etc. Quality of materials appears to have decreased significantly from what this company used to use at one time as well. Would strongly suggest going somewhere like Indocino instead. Do not waste your time and avoid at all costs. ***UPDATE*** SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE MY GARMENTS? And even after half a year (let that sink in, HALF A YEAR) the order comes back with the wrong items? This is a joke. I was measured up at Indocino and had a better product SHIPPED TO MY DOOR in under four weeks.

I came here for a custom suit for my wedding. I left feeling like i had experiences something profound! I'm not the type who likes to be fussed over, but i enjoyed the attention to detail and consideration that was shown while building my custom suit at Curtis Eliot. The customer service is prime, the selection of cloth, personalization options and the ability to build the suit you want is an incredible experience. I will return for custom suits to Curtis Eliot.
