This is just crazy. Not this location but the Structube store in general. I ordered bar stools in September( it said it would be in stock in October). Nobody emailed me or called me about my order. I called for almost 1 hour wait just to be able to speak with a representative, for them to tell me that it would be in stock in DECEMBER. If I knew it would take 4 months to get chairs I would've got it somewhere else. And the fact that no one told me and were just going to leave me in the dark with no information makes me so upset!! The effort should be both ways!! So unprofessional !! Be very careful!! This is nuts!! And they make you call back for another long wait call just to cancel your order!! Horrible service!

The have a nice selection of furniture at affordable prices. However, what's the point of all that when you have to wait months before receiving an order?
Pretty unimpressed, went in to look at and buy a coffee table today and the salesman told me that I had to order one, which was fine... but I asked if he could check it any other store in Calgary had them in stock and he said “checked” and told me none of them did because structcube is only a showroom. Then he told me that I should expect to just order it on my own. So after I left I called structcube at heritage gate and they had one in stock and put it on hold for me to pick up and we’re very helpful.
Purchased White Dining Table Bench (LUCAS) for my new place. Order arrived on exact date and very easy to assemble. Infect my kids assembled it themselves. Very sturdy and easy to clean. Saves space in my dining area. Also purchased ARIELLE dark grey sofa, DOBSON coffee table and DOBSON end table from STRUCTUBE. Very happy with the product. Durable, Good quality, arrived on time, very easy to assemble.
