I have known Bill Stemp for many years and he has always acted in my best interest during my real estate transactions, and with giving advice on various contracts. 1) Bill responded very very fast - it was after 7:00 pm when I first emailed him. He emailed me back by about 7:15. 2) He answered my question directly. He only answered my question. There was no erroneous conversation directed towards him trying to create work for himself. 3) He did was he said he would do. I said, "call me early tomorrow" because time was of the essence in my case. He called at 8:00 am sharp. 4) I liked Bill. He was a cool guy, and good to chat with. 5) I have passed his information on to family members.
