Very knowledgeable and friendly! We go here to buy pork fat for my wife to make pork rinds. We picked up some top sirloin steaks today and they're absolutely amazing! Thanks for the service and great quality meat!

I really appreciate that they vaccuum package most of their meat (freshness, easy thawing). I have been going here for a few years now without disappointment. Good value, high quality game processing too. The pork sides are an easy way to get into ordering quality, farmer direct, local meat. GET THE CURRY SAUSAGES.

The first time I went here the girl working was amazing, answered all my questions, she was very helpful. Their maple smoked breakfast sausages are amazing. Today I went in, and there was a guy working. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to him as a paying customer. He was unconcerned that I was buying some meat, when I went up to the counter it took him a few minutes to finish what he was doing instead of putting it aside for the moment. I was the only person in here it appeared he had plenty of time to continue afterwards. As I was paying the phone rang. Instead of asking them to hold for a moment to finish the sale he decided best to deal with them over the person paying for their products. No thank you, good byes, have a great days. Just rude. It would have received a 1 star if this was my first visit. But the first encounter with the young lady working gave it a 3 star. I am not sure however if I will be back again to an establishment that doesn’t appreciate my business. There is a lot of options out there for butchers.

This is the place to go in Calgary for quality pork. I needed 10 lbs of ground pork for the tourtieres this Christmas. I received rave compliments for my pies, which would'd have happened withou quality ingredients.
