I wanted to share an email that I sent to the president of SBS, too often we only give negative feedback and to get such great service had to be called out as well! I just wanted to take a moment to call out Garett – he took the time to walk me through the programming of the Fetco units on the phone today while I was in a café (and sent me the manuals). He is always incredibly patient and a pleasure to work with – even when I’m not (which I know I am not always). I just wanted to let you know that we appreciate you guys!
