Great customer service! Thanks to the team at Ski Cellar North. You helped us get a great used ski package for our 8 year old son (first time skier), and when his boots seemed a bit snug after 2 days out on the hill, we REALLY appreciated you swapping the boots out for a larger pair. We also shopped for a helmet for our son, and goggles for the family, and we were grateful for the knowledgeable service and great recommendations (including the suggestion to duck across the street to the Ski Cellar shop at COP to find adult goggles in a price range that better fit our budget). Thanks to the whole team that helped us during a few visits, and especially to Don who gave us great service during two of our visits to the shop. We'll be back!

I had originally heard good things about Ski Cellar, but unfortunately I had a bad experience with them. I brought my board in for a wax and sharpen, and when I got my board back the bottom was gouged by the belt waxer. My board looked better before I brought it in. After I pointed the marks put, they offered me a no-cost full tune up to fix the marks. I just received my board back from this tune up and the marks were not filled - they were still rough. I strongly recommend against bringing your equipment here for any maintenance as they damaged my board and couldn't fix it even after a second tune up.

Fantastic experience at this location. Carolyn was kind, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me pick out new winter gear. I would return to shop here based on this alone. What really sets this company and their culture apart is what happens when things don't go right. One the products I purchased ended up having a manufacture's defect. Carolyn and The Ski Cellar went out of their way and completely above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend!

My gf had an issue with a G3 Ion heel turret. It couldn't be twisted into a walking mode. Went to the shop for it to be checked up, afraid it would take a few days to fix it up if at all. Zack and Don checked it up, used the mix of soft words and brute power and here we are, back on our road trip without any delays. And best of it, they didn't want to take any money, we didn't have any chocolate or 6 pack to offer so we settled for a review :D Thanks!

Not terrible service, just *no* service. Was in for five minutes, hoping to buy a new jacket, goggles and a helmet. One guy sitting on the stairs playing on his phone, one employee assisting a young family in the back and two girls chattering with each other behind the front desk. Not a single 'hello', or 'can I help you'. Apparently training sales people for a sales position was skipped.

The management and staff are amazing. My family and I (all 5 of us) have been shopping here for 7 years and as beginner skiers, the staff always took the time to explain and educate us. Customer Service is their priority. We won’t shop anywhere else, we’ve tried and the experience at Ski Cellar is unmatched.
