The store is open during the pandemic and in high demand. You may need to wait outside for few minutes if they reach the capacity, but they will let you in as soon as they are able to. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they fixed my daughter's snowboard bindings on the spot. They also have a small size (90cm, 100cm) snowboards and shoes and these are hard to find this winter! Happy I went there, I recommend the Ski Cellar Snowboard to everyone.

Chris downstairs is amazing! All the staff is! Chris put me in the best ski's I've ever skied and the price was even better! Very knowledgable and understood my needs. Strongly suggest using them over the box stores as they know their stuff.

Recently had both of my splitboards in for a full tune. There was an issue with the first service, however Ski Cellar went over and above to make it right and gained a long term customer in the process. Thanks Sarah for all of the help and sorting it out. Also, both tunes were great and boards haven't looked so good since new.
