Honestly speaking not the greatest experience during these covid times. No instore shopping. Can buy through phone or online but it only takes credit as my visa debit didn't work. Not only that it takes an hour to get order ready, I have to cone pick it up once it's ready and I dont even know where the back door is at this place to even pick it up. I would have appreciated being notified online somewhere that this place doesn't take in person anything. Not convenient and not even sure why it's even open with all these parameters still in place because of covid. I had a good experience before covid but now beyond 0 stars here and waste of my time. At least this allowed me to go to somewhere else and get 30 cheaper with bigger bundles as uhaul had 3 cubic bundle at 39.80 for 20 and 4.5 cubic at 38.85 for 15.

Well I would like to start by saying for some of us who work in the SE Industrial, that moving FAR away was not cool Shipper Supply, not cool at all. Secondly I then recently visited your store, past the airport, after driving 35 minutes to get there. The front was closed and proceeded to call the phone number (as the front was closed due to COVID) and I got told it would be over hour to get some tape, and best head over to Staples for some if I needed it. I have been buying small items from Shipper Supply for over 13 years because I feel good supporting local, please guys I know some of you there, it was tape... I know the shelf its on, if this was self serve I'd be in and out like at those big box stores. Still going to buy here tho as I respect the business and like the products regardless of the poor sales guy that told me this that day.
First time coming here. Spoke to Robert on the phone because the showroom is close due to Covid-19. He seems like a fine guy and told me to come out back in 15 mins. I went to wash my car and came back to pick up my order. Rang the door and a guy said another guy will be there to help. I think they share the shipping bay with another business. Took a bit longer because they were busy, but otherwise I will return!
I phoned the number of Shippers Supply talked with a guy named Curtis , I placed my order and then he told me the total amount paid for it and then when my order is ready go to dock #1 .
