Love love this place! The owners are incredibly kind, accommodating, and good natured. The reason I ended up getting a massage here was because it is just a 5 min walk! Convenience was a bonus. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed and how great my body felt after. The hot towels, heated beds, and aromas make it a spa like experience. I even went when I was pregnant and I felt very safe and in good hands. They have a belly pillow (a hole for the belly) so I could be on my “stomach” which was a nice change! I’ve only seen Jamie and Danny but will venture out to the other practitioner eventually.

I give Sacral Health all the stars!!! I have been seeing Danny for my massages for years now. He is amazing! Always so welcoming and accomodating to my needs. I was in a car accident a few years ago and he helps me a lot with my chronic pain and also when I just want a relaxing massage. I definitely recommend seeing Danny!

Had a few massages with Jaime, can't recommend her enough! She is the definition of comprehensive and really knows her anatomy. Personally I came in with pain/soreness that had been bothering me for years and she was the only practitioner I've been to that actually got to the bottom of it and explained everything to me. Added bonus, she is also a wonderful person and really makes you feel at ease. Plus they do direct billing! 5/5

I've had 3 massages with Jaime so far and each one was exactly what I needed! She is very intuitive and knows just how to relieve tension/pain for me. Jaime is also lovely to spend time with. Danny Enikan is the best Registered Massage Therapist that I have ever been to. My husband and I have been going to him for a few years now and we wouldn’t go to anyone else. He listens to your wants and needs and never disappoints. He is extremely knowledgeable and I always leave feeling amazing. I used to constantly have sore shoulders from sitting at a desk all day but with regular massages from Danny, I’m rarely sore. I highly recommend Danny.
