I talked with the guy and sent him an email with the measurements and pictures for patio cushions as per his request. I never heard back. So I bought from a company in Toronto. I wanted to buy Canadian and more over locally but if you don't get a response as a consumer you find someone who wants the business. Unfortunate.
Rowland and Lai are fantastic. True at masters of their field. No ones better!!!!
