Reid's showed integrity when I had a complaint about an item I had purchased. I should have contacted them about my experience before posting a negative review. Moral of the story: seek resolution privately before posting a negative review publicly. I'm glad the owner made a comment on my review as it gave me a chance to reach out. Happy customer, will be back!

Very disappointed the first time (see below, positive on the second go), auction was reset after winning items and was told there was nothing they could do. Sent an email out to say they were reseting the system so that those with a slower internet connection could bid. I literally checked 10 minutes later after winning and everything was gone. My wins were not honoured and was told this was a third party issue. Sufficient notice was not given however to those of us who won and it would have been more appropriate to give us time to re-bid. Really awful first experience all in all. Addendum- Is it not true that I won several items, then said items were resold to other bidders? Does this not qualify as a bad experience? Had I not been given such rude treatment from your staff member when I called, I likely would not have left this review. In addition, when you have a customer complaint over a valid concern, you as a business often have options. You can offer a discount on fees should I choose to bid again with you in future, or you could have actually come across as remorseful towards my situation. Sometimes a little empathy goes a long way. Do something to ensure that someone trying your business for the first time doesn’t end up crying in frustration on a Saturday morning. It was a whole morning of my time wasted. Addendum #2 - I gave this auction another try and had friendly/pleasant interactions with staff and a much more positive overall experience, so have adjusted my review.

I wish I could give 0 stars. These guys falsely advertised some equipment and refused to show them before the auction. Also bad experience as a seller, gave them items worth of 500 since January they refused to list them and when I called they always keep giving fake promises. I'm going to sue this business I even have a proof of me giving them stuff to sell now they don't even pick up the phone. They have auctions going on so they cannot say they closed because of covid19. Check their website they're actively selling. Beware
