Nice organized place that gets what needs to be done quickly. However, that's as far as it goes. The person assisting me was rather rude as it seemed like I was being a nuisance for even being there, and then gets frustrated when I can't hear him talking behind both a mask AND a plastic panel.

Very nice staff
This is a great place to go for a drive test, jobs, or others, but not for the learners test. They blast music, and also have so much decor, that its quite hard to focus on the test. To me, it felt like they were trying to make you distracted, so you would fail the test. In other words, this place is a really good one, the staff are nice, they ask for the right amount of information when needed, enthusiastic to make you pass a test, and over all, this is a place to go if you wanna get stuff done. They also explain to you how everything works, and what to do in the nicest of manners. Also, they tell you how much everything costs, and even tells you which card to use to get no fees on! 9/10, would go again.
Went for a road test, perfect experience. Before testing, they thoroughly cleaned the car, and made sure to tell me what they were doing. When the instructor came to test me, he gave a very detailed but concise description of the test, and we proceeded to start the drive. Every direction was clear and well ahead of the intersection. The whole experience was exactly as I would have liked, and this is from someone who has taken multiple other road tests at registries across Calgary. 10/10 I would recommend.
Best registry in Calgary.. period.. And I've been in several ones and this is the only one I've felt welcomed.. Very knowledgeable/friendly staff.. I won't go to any other registry from now on..
Quick easy service. I was in and then I was out within approximately 7 minutes. Harry, was the one who helped me out and I truly appreciated him sanitizing in between customers and maintaining good hygiene technique.
Horrible services. Took my Grandson for his Learners. I called ahead to make sure we had all we needed. When I arrived they kept asking for more information. We are in the Kinship program, so I called the Social Worker and he had to drive across the city with the court order, his government ID as an Alberta Government Social Worker, all ID they could want and they still refused! They made us fax in something on letterhead, which is ridiculous since we had a stamped court order. Even though the social worker has helped teenagers get their license many times, the manager was still uncooperative. The Social Worker told me he had never encountered a problem like this. My Grandson was completely humiliated and stressed. What should have been an exciting time was ruined by this companies ignorance.I know we would not have this issue at another registry. I will never use this service again. ... Since I can't seem to respond to their reply, I'm putting it here. 85th Registry had more than enough confirmation of my Grandson's identity and guardianship with a Provincial Social Worker there in person with court documents. I find their attempt at "CYA" despicable.
