Had problems with my auto renewal. The ladies were very helpful and were able to resolve the problem. Very happy with the service. I read all the negative reviews here and I am surprised. I ended up working with 3 different ladies today and all of them were polite. As they have to work withing government guidelines I know they do not have much say in what they can and cannot do. They worked diligently with is to sort out our issue (not theirs) and got it all correct. I have been here several times and have never has a problem with either service or attitude from any staff.

Went to South Trail today to renew my vehicle registry today. It was a bit of a hassle getting in but that is the world we live in today...I need to remind myself that they are trying to protect everyone. Once my name was called Sara looked after my needs. She was very professional, prompt and polite. She made the wait worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this facility and Sara to others.

Although the online line option is great and convenient to wait in the vehicle rather than stand in a line. It is rather frustrating watching your next in-line number go down and then back up again and again. What is the point of being in line if you keep getting bumped! I waited in line today to simply pay a ticket, I only came into the registry because I j is when you pay online you have to pay an additional fee. Well it turns out that fee is added in the office too. It is really disappointing, how do you avoid the extra fee?! And on top of that the machine read my debit/credit card as credit only and therefore another fee. Fee Fee Fee no matter what! It is the o my place I go where there are fees for every thing WHY???? Bonus: the employees who helped me were good, obviously not their fault personally all the fees and took my annoyance with it all well!

I don’t have enough words to describe her kindness and excellent service. All I can say she is not only a excellent worker but a great person as well. She would be an asset to any company.
