I signed up with Regional Energy a couple of months back, and after seeing the difference on my bills, my only regret is that I didn't make the switch earlier. Regional's staff were courteous and professional, they helped me by making the switch over smooth and effortless on my part. I could tell they really cared about making the experience as easy for me as possible, and that kind of customer service goes a long way with me. I have been saving about 20-25 s month after the switch over, which adds up quick! Keep up the great work Regional!
Easy sign up, great local customer service and awesome pricing. The energy guys trying to sell their contracts in the mall looked over my most recent bill and told me to stay with Regional because they couldnt beat their pricing. Highly recommend and will be staying with them long term.
Today was the worst customer service experience I have experienced in my life . I had signed up for energy, gas and internet weeks ago. My moving date is today . After communicating with this company via email, I was assured everything was good to go . I went to move into my new place today , and there was no power or gas . After finally getting a hold of someone , I was told it was all My fault and would have to pay a very hefty fee . Whatever . I do not aggree . My point is this I put in this request 10 days ago . Spoke with Sean and was guaranteed I was good to go . The. When speaking with AmY I was cut off , told I should have answered my phone . (. I work with vulnerable patients . I cannot have my phone with me while I am with clients . Why has it been 2 weeks and no one has gotten in touch in regards to my internet request? Why was I told that power and electricity were good to go for today , when I reached out in regards to my concern that there was no power or gas ? All and all for a company I’m about to put purchase not 1 but 3 services from you would think that their employees would be a little more polite . .... as a small business manager I’m disappointed in your customer care , and lack of owning up to poor customer service .
Our experience with Regional Energy has been great! Everything switched over without any hassle and now we are paying a lot less than we used to with Just Energy. Thanks for making this switch easy and I look forward to using your service for a long time.
