We accept all mattresses from commercial businesses, residential homes, universities, hotels, hospitals, and industrial camps. We recycle 95% of every mattress into its raw materials. Most mattresses contain foam, felt, steel and wood and all of these materials are recycled locally in Calgary and surrounding areas. Re-Matt’s Vision is to eliminate all dumping of mattresses in city landfills across Alberta.

Came here to drop off carpet foam underlayment but was told the website isn't updated as they no longer recycle these. The person I dealt with was very nice and the moving blankets are a great deal. The website definitely needs an update.

Fantastic experience, would highly recommend. Used them to get rid of an old mattress and pick up some moving blankets at the same time. They were friendly, helpful and made it super easy and quick. Plus the idea of not just tossing yet another thing in a landfill made the decision that much easier.

Very simple process, drive up and unload. We have used them twice now and find it to be a quick and easy way to recycle your mattress, better then ending up in a garbage dump.

Called to inquire about recycling 2 car seats. Was told there is a 15 charge per seat to recycle them. When I asked for an explanation of the charges, the person swore at me and hung up the phone. I called back to try and re-ask my question. I told the person he wasn't acting very very professional and that if I wanted to save the environment it would cost me 15/seat. I would like to recycle my car seats but not going to deal with this clown or any business that treats me this way.
