We had a wonderful experience at Piano Gallery! I called to schedule an appointment on very late notice. Even though he was almost fully booked, Brian kindly made time for us to come visit the store after chatting on the phone for a few minutes. Every piano I tried in Piano Gallery was excellent, with a rich tone and an amazingly responsive touch. As someone who has performed on a lot of different instruments, I can tell you with full conviction that this store has the best selection of reasonably priced pianos in the city. This is not mentioning the wonderful service. Brian was extremely friendly and patient with us, explaining the individual features of each piano and giving us some background on its history. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable, thanks to his expertise, helpfulness, and kindness towards us.

I've never written a review on Google map, but Brian and Piano Gallery should deserve my first ever and possibly the last review. I went the gallery the other weekend for a bit of research for my potential new eal\ piano purchase sometime in the future. I really didn't mean to buy just yet. Luckily during this quiet time, I was the only customer for the whole hour I spent there, and Brian just let me walk around and even play some of those piece of (expensive) art without talking much. It was an amazing experience for the weekend. And, that feeling of real piano probably was just I needed to convince myself to buy one for me. Since I couldn't play the real acoustic in my place, I needed to opt for a digital/hybrid one, but he kindly let me try comparing it with real acoustic piano as much as I needed without rushing me into a decision. Without that process, I don't think I could make that big a decision. The whole experience was so awesome, and I want to visit there again even just as a gallery, quite literally, and to have a chat with Brian. Thank you very much, Brian!
It was great getting to know Brian through the purchase of our Kawai digital piano! He went above and beyond sourcing the piano, and calling me the moment it arrived which allowed us to spend some time as a family around the piano in the new year. Really worth checking this place out!
The service that Brian gave was outstanding. He explained every piano to us, including some of its history. He gave us amazing advices about choosing the right piano. If you have not visited their place, it is very well worth your time!
Following a recent downsize from home to condo, I was looking for direction on the best digital piano.
