WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY! This store sold me a plecostamus which promptly died within 24 hours. Within 24 hours of that, my entire 60 gallon tank was infected with ich and even with treatment was dead within 4 days. I lost over 150 in fish - in response, the REGIONAL MANAGER was prepared to offer me a new pleco, but only if i had a receipt. He made it sound like they were not at fault at all, but rather mine because I bought a fish in the winter. I am incredibly disappointed and will not shop there again, instead I will be a frequenter of places like Riverfront Aquariums.
