I got the soy garlic and creamy garlic chicken and wow! The batter was still super crispy even on the 20 minute drive back home and the meat was still juicy. Plus the pieces were big! The creamy garlic was definitely our favorite. It was easy to order online through their website and was ready for pick up at the expected time. The staff were also very nice too!

I ordered a five piece of the hot soy garlic. The chicken was really good, until I found a piece of metal (which looked like part of a staple) in the breading of my chicken! I tried to call Ogam Chicken a few times with no answer, so I left a voicemail letting them know what had happened. I am sad to report that I did not receive a call back today. I'm really shocked by their inaction and still pretty grossed out.
Not bad! Ordered for pickup at lunch, my order was about 15min later than expected but they did apologize which I appreciate. We got a 5 piece "seasoned" (like sweet chili sauce with crushed peanuts on top) and chicken bites with spicy soy garlic, which could have been saucier. The chicken itself was nicely cooked, breading was a bit thicker than other places but still really good, not overly thick. Sauce on the 5 pieces could have been applied a lot more evenly, one side of each piece was sauced and then a puddle in the bottom of the box. Overall would order again, pretty tasty.
I love how the waitress here really wants to enforce the contact tracing. After explaining that with our party of 4 only had 2 cellphones since our children are 1 and 4 years old, she finally let us sit down, and than decided to completely ignore us for another 15 minutes. Our son kept asking us for water but she ignored us, and his requests. So we were forced to leave and grab food and drinks at Red Lobster, which had awesome service.
Great service! We enjoyed the crispy chicken dinner a lot on a Wednesday early night. Because there were 9 of us, we were sitting at the corner and it was a bit quieter. We were lucky to get seated by 6pm as it started to be quite busy by 7pm. Food was great and the hospitality was especially helpful. We bought an ice cream cake for my mom’s birthday. The waitress said it was the first time customers did that. Interesting. We were worried that the shop might not allow us to have the birthday cake there, but she was very nice and offered us plates and forks and a knife with a smile. We enjoyed our dinner there.
The chicken was excellent. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was really tasty but not overpowering. The price for the quantity of food is really good. We couldn't finish it all and had some the next day...wow still good re heated.
The food is great. I paid 17.75 for a lunch box. I expect them to serve me water or provide a bottle of water for a reasonable price. Charging additional 2 for a bottle of water due to covid is unacceptable.
Always delicious! We have never been disappointed with the food there. Our faves are the spicy seafood tofu stew and the BBQ sauce pork belly combo.
