Need to do something about your lot. Came in and the lot was a mud hole. Mud on and in my truck. When I picked it up, it was a dust bowl. Truck covered inside and out with dust. I keep my truck very clean and would expect from a dealer as big as this to have a fairly clean place to park and check in

I know I have same transmission, turbo,engine problem they don’t want to fix, also they can damage other parts which is not under warranty if you argue with them be careful don’t waste your time just go on court, my case is in process

Dave service manager and team know how to trap you in a depration situation to take maximum money out of you, not professional and very dishonest...My transmission had one problem, they replaced it and I asked for my old transmission, a year later when i tried to repair the once problem i noticed they had taken the good valuable parts out of mine and swapped with bad parts. Good one guys, that's as low as it gets! Does management care or is that what you train your staff to do? And when I read the rating at 5 star....impossible they have to be internal rating of the 50 staff they have!!!!

I want to say a huge thank you to the general manager, Manpreet Sidhu and the service manager, Dave Dunlop. I’ve been a owner operator for 25 years but only bought Peterbilt’s In the past. I purchased a 2020 Cascadia a month and a half ago and had a warranty issue. I made an appointment for the issue to be resolved and scheduled a date for me to drop it off. I got a call from the service department saying my truck has been done and ready for pick up. I picked up my truck and first of all I was unbelievably surprised that all my fluids were topped up including my oil. (Peterbilt never has done that once unless I was doing a service) I just had one problem and did a “company review” and complained about it. Right away I received a call from Manpreet Sidhu and he said he’d email the service manager & the sales manager to resolve the issue. I called the service manager (Dave Dunlop) and he was very courteous and very accommodating and booked my truck in for the next day! I dropped my truck off on Tuesday night at 10pm and everything was resolved and I picked it up the next day by noon. Thank you again for everything, this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with Freightliner but I can tell you that I let everybody I know how much they’ve done for me and can’t believe that a truck dealership actually cares what their customers think about the service they’ve received.
