For years I have been searching for the right person to do Reiki with. One day, I randomly came across Naturmend on Instagram and saw that Ralitza offered this service. I have been hesitant in the past and slightly hesitant before my appointment but I must say I am so glad that I was able to have a session with her. She was able to make me completely relax and was very gentle with her movements. What blew me out of the water was her re-cap at the end of the session regarding what energies she picked up from me. I highly recommend booking a session from her. I definitely will be back in the future!

The level of research and care Dr. Nadia Mawji puts into her patients concerns is outstanding - her desire to constantly learn and seek better, safe and cutting edge treatments based in proven research makes her truly one of a kind. Her understanding of functional medicine is legit, well developed, and surpassed only by her genuine concern for her patients. Been her patient for over 2 years and can’t say enough good things. Was referred to Karyn Zuidhof by Dr. Mawji during my second pregnancy, and it’s evident Naturmend retains high quality professionals. Karyn is thoughtful, intelligent, and very easy to work with. Her strategies and advice makes sense and are practical for everyday life. My only wish is that universal health care subsidized their services for more people, and put a focus on prevention. But if you have benefits coverage, highly highly recommend Nadia and Karyn.
