I have only just started at Natefit with Coach Catalina and so far my experience has been amazing. I was greeted as soon as I came into the gym and felt comfortable in the facility. Everyone was very friendly. Catalina is great to work with so far. I'm only a few workouts in but my experience has been really positive. She's knowledgeable and attentive. Highly suggest checking this gym out!

Nate is an exceptional trainer! He is incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job pushing me to achieve the results that I wanted. I am so happy with how I feel and look! I am 29 years old and was able to lean out in a way that I couldn't even achieve even while I was playing college sports. Nate is extremely professional and has a high energy and optimistic outlook that makes training feel like a breeze. I would highly recommend working with Nate!

Before I came to Natefit I had a lot of lower back and lower body issues. Nate identified my major problem areas - mainly my tight hips, glutes and hamstrings. Over the next handful of months he designed a program that focused on opening up and fixing my mobility in those areas. I could not believe the progress I made, the difference in where my mobility was when we started vs. where I am now is drastic. I would recommend anyone to Natefit looking to fix some of their longstanding issues!

I've had a great time working with Nate. I was already somewhat fit before scheduling my first session, but I was in a bit of a rut. I'd plateaued with my own programming and I didn't understand how to balance my running schedule with strength training. On top of that, my mobility wasn't great. I was often tight and my movement felt restricted. I went into the first session very nervous about personal training. I'd heard about trainers who put their clients in less-than-ideal situations. So imagine my relief when Nate starts off by watching me move through a few exercises. He immediately put me at ease with his care and attention. First and foremost, it feels like Nate is passionate about safe movement. Building strength comes from that solid foundation. Not once have I ever felt like he's put my body at risk. My results? I went to Nate expecting some strategies for increasing muscle mass, but I've received so much more. My body has never moved so effortlessly. I no longer make small groans when getting up or taking a seat. My mind and body are working together in ways I never imagined. I'm getting the muscle mass and strength gains too I'd highly recommend anyone looking to get stronger, break out of a rut, or improve their physical health in general to give Natefit a try. I think you'll be happy you did.

I would recommend using NateFit to anyone. Plans are easy to follow and he follows up with you to hold you accountable. He methods work. Simple as that. I have been an active "fit" person for 15years and have always been stuck in the same place. Typical man issues of love handles and mid section. NateFit broke the barrier and the results were amazing. Down inches and maintained muscle. Couldn't ask for a better coach. Thanks NateFit! Seriously.

I was beyond impressed working with Nate. His knowledge goes far beyond what to eat and what exercises to do. His awareness and (perception) of body physiology is unsurpassable. He can tell you a problem you are having, a healthy way to address the root cause and fix the problem just by looking at a photo. I am constantly learning new things from Nate. I am meeting my goals so quickly, I am constantly having to come up with new goals - which is not a bad problem to have. His weekly check ins are great and make you feel like your taken care of and not just another client. He responds to any questions extremely swiftly. He is willing to work with you and adapt your programming to exactly suit your needs. I have worked with other trainers before and felt like I wasn’t getting the results I desired. Within weeks of working with Nate, I felt better and began seeing results. I highly recommend him!

I worked out on and off for years, with mixed results. I would typically get derailed by lack of results, injury, or just getting bored. After starting to train with Tyson from Natefit, I finally feel like I have a plan to achieve my fitness goals. Now, to avoid injury, we try to improve mobility and strengthen my weaknesses, instead of avoiding specific movements or exercises. I am more confident to push myself harder than I have ever been. Highly recommend for anyone, any shape or size. They listen and design a plan that’ll work for you, so you can be successful. The app they use is intuitive and work very well. Both Nate & Tyson are top notch at what they do, but more importantly just overall great guys.
