Used Calgary Movers Pro for my in city move - they were GREAT !! very friendly and accommodating (they even met me at my storage unit first, to load up my new sofa). They took excellent care of my furniture - and did an excellent job troubleshooting how to get the sectional downstairs! HIGHLY recommend - great price and great work.

This was not the moving experience we were hoping for! We booked Calgary Movers Pro for our Saturday March 2nd move within Calgary. 2 guys showed up on time, however they only brought an 18 foot truck to move an 1800 sq ft three bedroom home. They stated we should call and cancel the job as they didn't have the right equipment but as we had a tight deadline we had to move forward. While those 2 guys worked hard it seems the job was a little too much for them. At about 10 AM one of the movers smoked cannabis on the job outside our front door, smelled strongly and was giggling throughout the rest of the day. I'm not sure if they used any blankets to protect the furniture in the truck - as many of the items were scratched and damaged in the move. Our basement railing was extensively damaged moving furniture up the stairs (I did offer to remove it), our daughters headboard and dresser, our dressers, our dining table and our chest freezer were all dented and/or scratched. At 5 PM after two trips the movers said they were done for the day and left, leaving many items in the house, garage and shed we had to move ourselves on Sunday. We ended up hiring a different moving company to move the remaining furniture later in the week (the manager at Calgary Movers Pro offered a 10 discount per hour to complete the move but we declined). I would not recommend or hire Calgary Movers Pro again.
This company is awesome. I don’t know if you’ve ever had the “pleasure” of doing an unsupervised move, but I have. Twice. I hired them to do a last minute move in December of all months, and they fit me in . I could not be there to supervise the unpacking of my things into my storage locker. They were courteous, reassuring, followed Covid protocol, never wore shoes in the house and were FAST! Just yesterday I used Calgary Movers Pro again to load up my storage locker and take it to the new place I’m renting. Again, I could not be there for any of the process. They put up with my relentless emails and texts with grace and reassurance. They followed my instructions to the letter. I even called both my storage locker and my landlord to see how they were treated by the movers. I was thrilled to hear that Calgary Movers Pro went above and beyond to make my move less stressful and were great to the others. Afterwards I was sent another email thanking me for my business. I am MORE than happy to do a review for them. ️️️️️
Daniel and Al were the team that helped us move. Although only having short notice, they accommodated our needs as quickly as they could. They were polite, friendly and courteous. They gave us professional service that made our day. We highly recommend Calgary Movers Pro.
Very pleased with the job guys did. They called when they were on the way. I showed them all the things that need to be moved and they made a plan accordingly. They had a great plan on what to put first and what last. I had a lot of smaller boxes and some furniture with glass and the they took a great care of it. They covered furniture with blankets and arranged everything in the truck safely. They had to take 2 trips and they were never upset at anything. They had great smiles even when I was changing my mind. Guys never stopped working for 7 hours I was very impressed. But best thing that manager called me some days later to ask how did the move go .I'm impressed and very happy with the service I would recommend this guys 100%
