I was there last Saturday with my son brought my skis and boots. We discuss lot of detail and they are very knowledgeable and helped me for all my issues. Kevin and pat are very friendly and helpful. Something like these small shop with good stuff that I love it. I will go back there for all my equipment tune and buy right product from them.

We purchased an inflatable SUP from Mountain Cultures. The staff were great, super accommodating to my requests and provided great service including carrying the box out to my car. We called ahead and they had everything ready for pick up and responded to our queries right away. They were also happy to answer our questions in store and share their knowledge. We live in the SE, but it was definitely worth the drive to pick up same day. They do also ship if you’re not in as much of a rush as me. We would definitely deal with them again as they really make sure their customers are happy.

Picked up a longboard from the Mountain Cultures shop. An extremely positive experience. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend checking them out before looking to the mall shops!

Great honest service. After being to several shops in town to have skis tuned and waxed, I have never had better service than here. I drove from downtown to get there and it was worth it. Thanks for the honesty guys; we’ll be back.

staff were super helpful on the hunt for a paddle board that my whole family could use, from my 6ft2 husband to my 8 year old. he didn't have what I needed in stock but he got it in within the week, and even loaded it in the back of my truck for me when I came to pick it up. great customer service

This is a small crowded little shop, with an surprisingly good selection of equipment. We have used it only for skiing, but there are other sports represented. The best part of the shop is the staff who are friendly, have lots of expertise, and seem to love their work. The prices are quite reasonable as well - we recently bought some ski boots, and it was a competitive price. We will definitely support this small local store.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS! Long story short, I bought an outdoor tent accessory that was defective, despite being very expensive. I sent an email back to them about it and they immediately responded with an offer for store credit, no questions asked. I then followed up with the manufacturer but had no luck, then they followed up for me and fought hard to get my money back. They were responsive and extremely pleasant the whole time. This was a wonderful experience and I will definitely shop here again despite being three provinces away.

My boots fit perfectly after a quick stop here! They have highly knowledgeable and professional staff and anything you need for skiing or snowboarding. Most customers are looking for resort gear, but they're fully prepared to help someone get into the backcountry.
