I cannot rave enough about this place! I took my 3 year old to try on glasses here and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. He was not happy to be trying on glasses and they were not only patient but they were able to convince him that it would be cool to wear glasses. They were able to help us find a good fit for him and had a wide selection of toddler/kids glasses. We loved it so much that we will be switching to this optometrist for future eye exams.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Hodgins She is extremely thorough and adjusted my prescription until I was totally satisfied. The optician, Marina, was very good at picking the right frames that would work for my prescription, face shape and style. She also was very helpful at explaining the different types of lenses. I have had the glasses for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love them. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!!

I could say a hundred great things about the amazing team at Modern Eye! Not only is Dr. Karen Hodgins very pleasant & knowledgable, when it comes to explaining information regarding the eye, she does so in an extremely straightforward and easy to understand way. A big shout out to the wonderful ladies at the front desk as well, who are always so warm and helpful. They continually go above and beyond to provide exemplary service. The clinic's selection and cost of frames are also outstanding, with tons of styles to choose from. Always a fantastic experience!

Dr Hodgins at Modern eye is not only excellent with her patients but extremely responsive to address any issues that you might have when dealing with her office. We have been going to her for years, since she started her practice here and I have referred many people to her. Will continue to do so.

Was forced to switch to this clinic when my university Clinic closed and was referred here. Absolutely no customer service, the staff has made it extremely difficult for me to order contact lenses in a timely manner, and when I called to place an order multiple times either I am put on hold, or they tell me that I will receive a call back from them with the contact lense price and they drop the ball on it and give me inconsistent prices and answers. Now I will be switching to another clinic that does not try to make the process longer in order for me to spend more money with the process. I have never had this much trouble ordering lenses before, and will be sharing this bad experience with all the other university students so we are not taken advantage of to spend more money than we have to.

Such a great team! Dr. Karen Hodgins was amazing and had a wonderful personal touch with our kids. Great selection on frames, and they were able to accommodate us on very short notice with a concern we had with one of our kids. Great work guys! An awesome local business!
