The showroom has lots of different appliances we were looking at fridges but they don't have much for regular openings. There is handicapped parking on P2 of the underground parking lot. Very friendly staff.

Booked ahead for a Saturday afternoon to view their washer dryer. Left home during covid to see them. They only have 2-3 offerings and after days of warning that we were coming the "sales person" could not answer the most basic questions, for example if the unit has delayed start. Absolutely no product knowledge. I could go on.

The Calgary service fellow works hard to service these "below-average" appliances, he's mentioned these appliances need regular service just like a luxury car would. It's pretty hard to believe that these appliances need more service work than any other brand I've had in previous years. In fact I've never had issues with appliances until this brand. We purchased a full Miele appliance package with 48" range, and a steam/convention wall oven, 2 dishwashers, the largest side-by-side fridge & freezer and the coffee maker. The fridge and dishwashers have been good however all the other appliances have been serviced a few times this past 5 years since we purchased. Thank goodness we purchased the 10 year warranty package. The steam convention oven has broken down three times where you can not use it until it's repaired... My most recent breakdown with this oven is 3 months in and I'm still waiting for the repair (parts are coming from germany). The 48" gas range has been good however the burners have had issues with lighting. They have serviced these a couple times and it seems to be working well now. Ive had no issues with the ovens in this appliance. I will NEVER purchase a Miele coffee machine again, they are tedious and require a lot of maintenance. If you need to replace the milk glass container it also can take weeks to arrive. Furthermore, the milk foam is average and constantly makes flat no foam milk... AND if you don't have one of these machines PLEASE NOTE that you have to clean the milk piping every week with their cleaning solution - yes every week! Again, the machine should steam through the piping regularly so it doesn't need this, I think Saeco and Nespresso machines are better especially for this reason alone. I am not one to write these types of reviews however I think customers need to know about these issues. I've requested I speak with management to discuss these matters more and no one has called me.

Attention Buyers: think of the service you will need and not get Miele after-sales service in Canada has been horrific and below the least quality of products. When we purchased over 50,000 worth of products, given the history in the marketplace, we did not expect this whatsoever. In Canada, we have had major issues with service. 1) Miele do not allow any other service provider access to your parts and technical diagram 2) Miele consistently charge 3 to 5 times the going rate for parts and regular service 3) since the COVID-19 pandemic, Miele won't even pick up the phone or answer emails for essential service to get the equipment back to running, even with the ridiculously expensive rates.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Paid for a professional install then broke within 2 months. Miele refused to honour their work and forced me to pay for another service tech to solve it. Turns out an internal wire was loose. Are you kidding me? Why would i buy another one of these?

What a joke...a high end very expensive brand with absolutely no care for the customer. My delivery and installation was messed up by Miele and now they want to put off installation by 2- 3 weeks. Dont spend the money because they only care about the sale and not the customer. I asked to talk with a manager 4 days ago and they won't call. Absolutely terrible service.

Purchasing a Miele was a great experience BUT BUYER BEWARE if you need any service (even with a warranty). I wish I had googled Miele service issues before I bought.....my experience is not a one off! Owned a washing machine 6 weeks and I am now on week 3 of it not working. Customer service is NON EXISTENT! Now during a pandemic Miele Recommends I go to a laundromat (how’s that for an exceptional experience) as it will take several weeks for parts.....even though they could replace my brand new and expensive machine immediately. I’m sure I’ll get a response stating we strive for excellent customer service ....but as a consumer you should know this is a regular occurrence with Miele and clearly they have not learned from others experiences.

The best washer/dryers. But corporate logistics and service is lacking.
