I have been going here for years for items for my daughter's dance. The staff are very helpful and I am in and out in a flash. I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from this store. They do not have a wide variety of dance attire but they always have the basics that are required by our studio. I would definitely recommend them.

Customer service could really use some improvement. We went in there to purchase an acro outfit for my daughter and the selection was very limited (only two items in her size). The one salesperson who showed us the product was nice, however he then became busy with another customer. Upon checkout we were asking questions about more product and the other salesperson was very short with us and then didn't seem to be enthused about ringing through our purchase. Pricing seems to be inflated in comparison to other locations.

Good customer service. You can easily shop around. Personal will ask you if you need assistance but won't be rude. If services keep being good definitely I will continue shopping. It’s all about customer service.
It really is rare to find great customer service. The staff here are awesome!! Needed something and they set it aside... came in and they were helpful and informative!
I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The bigger girl wearing blue lipstick seemed pissed off that my mom and I even came in. She was surly, unhelpful and rude. We came in looking for something to embellish a wedding veil with, and we had to force any sort of information out of her. When we asked to see the Swarovski crystal accents, she opened up the cabinet and just plunked down the jar, swiftly returning to picking her nails and being completely uninterested in us, as potential customers. Don't spend your money here.
