This is my second 1 star review for this company, the first review had to be taken down because they threatened to sue me for telling the truth. Recently our complex had new locks installed without giving keys to Canada Post resulting in missed documents, eventually this was rectified; however a couple of weeks ago our building was broken into and we found syringes and other paraphernalia in our stair case. We emailed Magnum York along with photos asking them to put up notices of the break in so our neighbours could be extra vigilant as well as to prepare house keeping staff for the scene they’d be confronting. Unfortunately the property management company has not notified any neighbours and the mess is still in our stairwell forcing us to clean it as we have toddlers that live in our building. Disgusting management skills by this “Property Management” company. UPDATE OCTOBER 2019 Been at least two months since our building has been vacuumed. Now onto our second snow fall of the year and it’s pure ice outside my building, hope nobody slips and hurts themselves. What a JOKE this company is. 72 reviews with 2 stars says it all.

They do not respond to time sensitive emails from residents. It has been 16 days and I have not had my issue resolved. With it now being the holidays I can only assume this will be extended. But when they require a response from you and you miss it they will fine you. Cool...cool
