Inflexible and rude customer service. I called Magnetsigns Calgary South East location and spoke with Mr. Allen apparently the owner of the company, to order a new sign. Found the ovner to be confrontational, arrogant and got agitated easily when asked logical questions regarding sign prices. He wanted to charge me for the sign 2 times more what others were charging. He was extremely rude and in the end, actually hung up on me. Would never recommend this company to anyone. The unprofessionalism and dishonesty that has been demonstrated by this place is off the charts.
