I've lived here for three years now. In terms of location, it's a great and convenient spot, albeit a bit noisy especially over the weekends due to the close proximity to the pub and 17th Ave. But you get used to it! The first year was great as Edgar was a wonderful property manager. However in the recent years, the security has went from bad to absolutely horrendous. The other tenants always trash the elevator and lobby almost every weekend and it's absolutely filthy. My roommate had been threatened by a homeless man while leaving the building previously, and had to call the cops. The parkade door keeps breaking down, and random people are always seen loitering in the parking lot. In the past year also, the management has gone completely downhill as well. There's an overall lack of communication when it came to notifying tenants on the construction and renovations that the building underwent from July - November, 2018. They only provided a memo mere days before the work started, and had no clue how long it was going to take. I work from home myself, so I was more or less forced to leave my residence to continue my work elsewhere as the noise levels rendered my unit completely inhabitable during those months. My complaint was quickly disregarded when I told them that my rights as a tenant were being violated. I did not resign my lease for this reason and will be looking to move within the next few months.
