OMG this place is amazing! Went here a few weeks ago and just now getting around eating this place. First of all the service and covid protocols are great! Staff is very attentive to dine in customers even tho they have a steady stream of online order pickup. Hats off to the staff for this as not a lot of places are able to manages this. Most of the time, they prioritize online pickup which makes the dine in experience horrible. Now for the food! We got an order of hire katsu, assorted katsu, and karaage. They were all amzing. Everything tasted fresh and fried to order. Everything was also fried properly as everything specially the katsu didn’t taste greasy! The panko bread they use is amazing which is expected and I believe they make them in house. The katsu also came with a bunch of pickled sides which are perfect condiments when eating fried food. I also got a side of their curry to dip the katsu and eat with my rice. The curry was just ok. The karaage was also good, it had good seasoning and had a nice crunch. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

(Kings Katsu/ Snow Katsu / Gyu Katsu) I think this may have to be one of my favourite katsu places in yyc. Super crispy and satisfying, there are many different types to choose from as well. But I think I would ask for the sauce on the side next time, as it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I’ve visited this place a bunch of times with friends and family and they all loved it :)

Their food and the customer service is amazing. The lady taking my order and handing me my order always has a genuine smile on her face and is always welcoming. Food is always piping hot and fresh. I love eating here and ordering take-out from here. I always order 3 King's Katsu, it is so delicious.

Not an everyday kind of place; but, if you are craving for Katsu I recommend this place. I would say it is on pricer side. But I the quality and healthy portions makes up for price. I tried the mixed Katsu plater and it was super fun to try the different Katsu dishes they had. The flaky style batter crunchy and light. I enjoyed how they paired it with some pickled sides and the condiments like the sauce and Salt was a nice touch.

A great place for a quick meal or takeout. The assorted Katsu will let you quickly figure out what your favorite is. But the Snow Katsu will be our next order.

Excellent katsu! Only our second time having this type of meal, but we weren't disappointed. We tried the chicken, pork and shrimp and all were tasty. Pork loin could have been thinner but still very nice. I don't know how anyone complains about the pricing, the portions were very large. Friendly service too. Definitely would go back.

SOOO GOOD My most favourite restaurant I've discovered in Calgary this year. A hidden gem of this city. A small cozy restaurant, great service, a bit expensive (16-19), but the portions are massive, making the price worth it. If you're really hungry, this is the spot. You could easily split 1 meal for 2 people if you're a light eater Now the food itself, I have no complaints. The Katsu is soo crispy, the meat is juicy and cooked to perfection, the sauce oh my god so good. Please come here, this place is amazing
