Somehow I took a steel shard in the sidewall of my Toyo winter tire. I called Mike at Integra and as I suspected the tire couldn't be repaired. Mike ordered a new tire, I dropped in a couple of hours later and a new tire plus an oil change was completed in 45 minutes. Great service!
