John was very nice to speak to but when enquiring about repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle, i couldn’t help but feel like he didn’t know what he was talking about, he had to ask his employee on advice on my vehicle repairs and he seemed like he was unsure when he was asked for his opinion. John quoted me just over 3000 more than Boyd. I waited 45mins in a small waiting area for him to come up with my estimate. Definitely a very unpleasant first impression.
